The Sisters in Sport programs pair middle school girls’ teams with college women’s teams in a big sister exchange.

These programs provide pre-teens with positive role models through sports, teaches girls about healthy competition; from sportsmanship, to proper nutrition, and exposes girls to higher education and college-level sports.

One program takes place in Middlebury with the Middlebury College women’s basketball team and the MUMS middle school team

The other program is conducted in the greater Burlington area with participation from the St. Michael’s women’s basketball team and the Winooski Middle School A team.
